Quick and easy homemade biscuits bursting with the flavor of Everything Bagel seasoning, perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel seasoning
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg, and stir until mixed.
- Add the almond flour, Everything But The Bagel seasoning, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix until incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form biscuit shapes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These biscuits are best served warm and can be enjoyed plain or with cream cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days or freeze for a month.
