Description

Deliciously flavorful homemade beef jerky made easily in your air fryer, perfect for snacking on the go.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb top round or flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and brown sugar for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
  4. Place marinated beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer.
  5. Cook for about 2 hours, checking for doneness. The jerky should be dry but still slightly pliable.

Notes

Store jerky in an airtight container for up to 1 month, or vacuum seal and freeze for up to 6 months.
