Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup your favorite sauce (ranch, guacamole, or yogurt)
- Spices for marinating (garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips with spices for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Air fry chicken for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Assemble the wraps by layering cooked chicken, veggies, and sauce on tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and serve with additional sauce on the side.
