Description

Delicious, warm, buttery garlic knots made quickly in the air fryer using store-bought pizza dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape. Cut the dough into strips about one inch wide.
  2. Take each strip and tie it into a simple knot, ensuring they are tight without being overly so.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and brush each knot with garlic butter. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place the knots in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
