Description

Deliciously crispy and light radish chips made in an air fryer, offering a healthy snack alternative to traditional chips.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh radishes, washed
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Trim the stems and roots from the radishes and slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  3. Place the radish slices on a baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the slices to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and chips are crisp.
  7. Transfer chips to a cooling rack and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
