Description
Deliciously crispy and light radish chips made in an air fryer, offering a healthy snack alternative to traditional chips.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh radishes, washed
- Olive oil spray
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Trim the stems and roots from the radishes and slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
- Place the radish slices on a baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the slices to coat evenly.
- Arrange the radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and chips are crisp.
- Transfer chips to a cooling rack and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
