Description

Tender, juicy chicken wings baked to perfection, coated with a flavorful berbere spice mix and served with a zesty lime dip.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons berbere spice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and coat with berbere spice, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While wings bake, mix yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for the dip.
  6. Serve wings hot with lime dip on the side.

Notes

For crispiness, ensure wings are patted dry before seasoning and use a wire rack for baking. Rotate wings halfway through cooking for even results.
