Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons berbere spice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Juice of 2 limes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat chicken wings dry and coat with berbere spice, olive oil, and salt.
- Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While wings bake, mix yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for the dip.
- Serve wings hot with lime dip on the side.
Notes
