Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • 8 taco-sized tortillas
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, pan-fry the ground chicken until browned and season with taco seasoning.
  3. Add black beans and corn, stirring until heated through.
