Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 oz feta cheese, block
- 4 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach to the dish.
- Nestle pieces of feta among the vegetables.
- Crack the eggs over the top.
- Bake until the eggs are set but still soft, about 15-20 minutes.
