Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fill the donut pan evenly with the batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth and drizzle over the cooled donuts.
