Description

A light and satisfying gelatin treat that supports weight loss while offering a delightful burst of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1 cup of light fruit juice (or broth for savory version)
  • Optional: diced fruits, herbs, or citrus slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of your choice of light fruit juice or broth.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds or cups.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, serve as desired with fresh fruits or enjoy plain.

Notes

For optimal texture, allow at least 4 hours of chilling time, overnight is ideal. Use silicone molds for easier release.
