Ingredients
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 cup of light fruit juice (or broth for savory version)
- Optional: diced fruits, herbs, or citrus slices for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Mix in 1 cup of your choice of light fruit juice or broth.
- Pour the mixture into molds or cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, serve as desired with fresh fruits or enjoy plain.
Notes
For optimal texture, allow at least 4 hours of chilling time, overnight is ideal. Use silicone molds for easier release.
