Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then bake until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, and seasonings to make the coleslaw.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it and mix with barbecue sauce.
- Assemble sliders by piling BBQ chicken and coleslaw on slider buns.
