Description

Juicy chicken and sweet pineapple skewered and grilled to perfection with a savory marinade.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cilantro or green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto skewers.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and charred.
  5. Garnish with cilantro or green onions and serve with coconut rice or salad.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
