Ingredients

- Water to achieve desired consistency
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine garlic and tahini. Blend until smooth.
- Add chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until combined.
- Gradually add water while blending until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.

Notes
For a creamier texture, consider peeling the skins off the chickpeas before blending. Adding ice water can also enhance the creaminess.
