Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, these Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs combine seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and special sauce wrapped in biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded American cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickles to create the special sauce.
  4. Combine the cooked beef with the cheeses and special sauce mixture.
  5. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal the seams.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

For added flavor, experiment with spices like garlic powder or onion powder in the beef.
