A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, these Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs combine seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and special sauce wrapped in biscuit dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickles to create the special sauce.
- Combine the cooked beef with the cheeses and special sauce mixture.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal the seams.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with spices like garlic powder or onion powder in the beef.
