Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the egg yolks with cottage cheese and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture along with fresh blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan.
  6. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes, and let cool before slicing.
