Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the whites until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, blend the egg yolks with cottage cheese and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture along with fresh blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan.
- Bake until golden, about 25 minutes, and let cool before slicing.
