Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
- 0.5 cup Yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 cup Milk (Dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (For sweetness)
- 0.5 cup Ice (Optional, if using fresh blueberries)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
- Measure out the blueberries and rinse if using fresh.
- Add the blueberries to the blender first.
- Add the yogurt next.
- Pour in the milk.
- Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup.
- Add ice if using fresh blueberries.
- Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth.
- Scrape down the sides as needed and blend until creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
