Description

A quick and easy blueberry smoothie packed with antioxidants, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 cup Yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 cup Milk (Dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (For sweetness)
  • 0.5 cup Ice (Optional, if using fresh blueberries)


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. Measure out the blueberries and rinse if using fresh.
  3. Add the blueberries to the blender first.
  4. Add the yogurt next.
  5. Pour in the milk.
  6. Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup.
  7. Add ice if using fresh blueberries.
  8. Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth.
  9. Scrape down the sides as needed and blend until creamy.
  10. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen blueberries for an extra cold and thick smoothie. Adjust sweetness as desired.
