Ingredients
- 1 corned beef brisket
- Seasoning from brining package
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season brisket with the spices from the brining package.
- Sear the brisket in a heavy pot or Dutch oven until browned on all sides.
- Add onions, carrots, and garlic to the pot.
- Pour in enough beef broth and beer to cover two-thirds of the brisket.
- Cover and let it simmer in the oven for 3 hours.
