Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Press mixture into a lined 9 x 13-inch pan evenly.
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave with oil, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. For a dairy-free option, use vegan butter and dairy-free chocolate.
