Description

A flavorful one-pot pasta dish combining the tastes of buffalo wings with creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken in a large pot until fully cooked.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Add the uncooked pasta and 2 cups of water or chicken broth to the pot.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  6. Mix thoroughly before serving and garnish with parsley or green onions.

Notes

Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice tolerance. Use block cream cheese for a better texture.
