Ingredients

  • 1 large butternut squash, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the butternut squash using a mandoline.
  3. Lightly roast the squash slices at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes to enhance flavor.
