Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pot over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
  2. Add the rotini pasta to the pot and stir to combine with the chicken.
