Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Optional: sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and melted butter; stir until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Drizzle a generous layer of caramel sauce over the batter.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs, about 30 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing.
