Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
