Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
- Mix in the cooled pasta.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, then season with salt and pepper.
