Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup caramel sauce
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 4 medium-sized crisp apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), sliced
 
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by softening the cream cheese on the counter.
 - In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, caramel sauce, brown sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth.
 - Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more brown sugar if desired.
 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
 - Serve the dip in a bowl alongside apple slices for dipping.
 
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is really soft to mix well. You can also add extra toppings like crushed nuts or chocolate chips on the dip.
