Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Parchment paper (for lining)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once the mixture reaches 235°F (soft-ball stage), add the sweetened condensed milk and brewed coffee.
- Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan and let it cool completely for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Using a candy thermometer is recommended to ensure the correct temperature. Let it cool completely to maintain the right texture.
