Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil macaroni until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, nutmeg, cayenne, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cheeses and mix until well combined.
