Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil macaroni until al dente, then drain.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, nutmeg, cayenne, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the cheeses and mix until well combined.
