Description

Delicious bite-sized Italian sausages served with a creamy dip, perfect for parties or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian Sausages
  • 1 bottle Chardonnay Wine (or dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 clove Garlic (finely grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Toothpicks (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the Italian sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and browned, turning halfway.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Sriracha, grated garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. After the sausages have cooled slightly, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange sliced sausages on a platter and serve warm with the dip on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use good-quality Italian sausage for the best flavor. Adjust the level of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
