Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian Sausages
- 1 bottle Chardonnay Wine (or dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 clove Garlic (finely grated)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- Toothpicks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the Italian sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and browned, turning halfway.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Sriracha, grated garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- After the sausages have cooled slightly, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange sliced sausages on a platter and serve warm with the dip on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use good-quality Italian sausage for the best flavor. Adjust the level of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
