  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 piece Avocado, ripe
  • 0.5 lime Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt for Guacamole
  • Optional Buns or Lettuce Wraps for serving


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat and add oil if desired. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
