Ingredients
- 1 pound top sirloin, sliced into thin pieces
 - 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
 - 3 bell peppers, cut into strips
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
 - 2 cups Minute Rice
 - 1 packet fajita seasoning
 - Velveeta cheese dip or any melty cheese dip, to taste
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper slices, cooking them until they soften slightly.
 - Add the steak strips and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Stir and cook until steak is done to your liking.
 - Stir in the Minute Rice, tomato sauce, and chicken broth, ensuring everything is well mixed.
 - Let the mixture simmer on medium heat, following the cooking instructions for your type of rice and adding liquid if it appears dry.
 - When the rice is fluffy and the pan isn’t too watery, top generously with warm cheese dip and let it melt.
 - Spoon onto plates while hot and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
