A quick and satisfying one-pan meal that brings the classic flavors of cheese steak, with cheesy goodness and tender pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 2 1/2 cups dry spiral pasta
 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
 - 1 1/2 cups whole milk
 - 1 1/2 cups beef broth
 - 2 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
 - 1 medium onion, diced
 - 1 pound ground beef
 
Instructions
- Break up the ground beef in a big skillet over medium-high heat and stir until browned.
 - Add the chopped bell pepper and onion, sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
 - Drain excess fat, then add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and steak seasoning; toss to coat.
 - Add dry spiral pasta, milk, tomato sauce, A1 Steak Sauce, and beef broth, ensuring noodles are covered in liquid.
 - Bring to a slow bubble, then reduce heat, and cover with a lid.
 - Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles soften and sauce thickens.
 - Mix in 1 cup of mozzarella until melted, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover until gooey.
 - Serve hot directly from the pan.

For extra flavor, try using different types of cheese, like cheddar or provolone, and add more vegetables to enhance nutrition.
