Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup homemade banana pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer banana slices over the crust, followed by a layer of the cheesecake filling.
- Spread the banana pudding over the cheesecake layer.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
