  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples, creating space for the filling.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Stuff each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and melted butter; sprinkle over the apples.
