Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Slowly add water until a dough forms; let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  6. Place a generous tablespoon of cheese in the center of each square.
  7. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
