Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick ‘steaks’.
  3. Season both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden.
  5. Add shredded cheese on top and broil for a couple of minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
