Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick ‘steaks’.
- Season both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden.
- Add shredded cheese on top and broil for a couple of minutes until bubbly and golden.

Let the steaks sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set.
