A warm, gooey loaf of garlic-infused bread stuffed with melted cheese. Perfect for sharing at family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf soft crusty bread (Italian or sourdough)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut deep slits into the loaf of bread without slicing all the way through.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the minced garlic.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously inside the slits of the bread.
  5. Stuff each slit with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
