Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and mushrooms until browned.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, add sautéed mushrooms on top, and pour in the white wine.
- Top the chicken with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
