Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top generously with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
