Ingredients

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold or red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Soak the potato pieces in water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
  4. Toss the potatoes with ranch seasoning, cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
