Description

Delightful cherry pie filling wrapped in warm tortillas, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry pie filling (fresh or canned)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or ricotta
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Butter or oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cherry filling if using fresh cherries; if using canned, open the can and set aside.
  2. Spoon the cherry filling into the center of each tortilla.
  3. Add a layer of cream cheese or ricotta on top of the filling.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, sealing the filling inside.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or add oil.
  6. Pan-fry the wrapped tortillas on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Transfer to a plate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
