Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 cup freshly grated coconut
 - Sweetened condensed milk or honey (for serving)
 
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour with water and grated coconut to form a thick batter.
 - Steam small round portions of the batter until chewy.
 - Fry the steamed carioca until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
 
Notes
Serve warm drizzled with honey or sweetened condensed milk. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to a month.
