Description

Delightful Filipino snack made from glutinous rice flour and coconut, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  • Sweetened condensed milk or honey (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour with water and grated coconut to form a thick batter.
  2. Steam small round portions of the batter until chewy.
  3. Fry the steamed carioca until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Notes
