Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- In a skillet, sauté diced chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, fresh spinach, Alfredo sauce, and pesto.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
