Description

Delicious burritos filled with creamy avocado, zesty ranch dressing, and tender chicken, perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Lettuce, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sauté until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with ranch dressing.
  4. Prepare the fresh ingredients: slice the avocados and dice the tomatoes.
  5. Warm the tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Assemble the burritos: layer chicken mixture, sliced avocados, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  7. Wrap the tortillas tightly around the fillings, cut in half if desired, and serve with crispy tortilla chips and fresh salsa.

Notes
