Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 2-3 tablespoons Caesar dressing per sandwich roll
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 2 cups shredded romaine
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan (optional for breading)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for breading)
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying (if pan-frying)
- 1 beaten egg (if breading)
Instructions
- Pound or butterfly chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season chicken and either bread with panko or simply oil.
- Cook chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, then let rest before slicing.
- Toast the sandwich rolls.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each roll.
- Add sliced chicken, followed by shredded romaine and grated Parmesan.
Notes
