Description

A delicious Chicken Caesar Sandwich that combines tender chicken, crunchy romaine, and creamy dressing for a handheld meal that’s both satisfying and refreshing.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Caesar dressing per sandwich roll
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 2 cups shredded romaine
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan (optional for breading)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for breading)
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying (if pan-frying)
  • 1 beaten egg (if breading)


Instructions

  1. Pound or butterfly chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Season chicken and either bread with panko or simply oil.
  3. Cook chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, then let rest before slicing.
  4. Toast the sandwich rolls.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on each roll.
  6. Add sliced chicken, followed by shredded romaine and grated Parmesan.

Notes

To maintain sandwich crispness, toast the bread and add dressing moderately.
