Description
A quick and satisfying Chicken Caesar Wrap combining classic flavors with the convenience of a wrap, perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Approximately 1 pound total)
 - 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing (Your favorite Caesar dressing)
 - 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
 - 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
 - 4 large Tortillas (Flour or whole wheat)
 - to taste Black Pepper (Freshly cracked)
 - 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (For grilling the chicken)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper in a medium bowl. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
 - While the chicken is marinating, chop the romaine lettuce and set it aside. Grate the Parmesan cheese and have your Caesar dressing ready.
 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the pan and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
 - Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
 - To assemble, take a tortilla and spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over it. Layer with chopped romaine, sliced chicken, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom upwards. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
 - Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas. Optionally, toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
