Description

A quick and satisfying Chicken Caesar Wrap combining classic flavors with the convenience of a wrap, perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Approximately 1 pound total)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing (Your favorite Caesar dressing)
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 4 large Tortillas (Flour or whole wheat)
  • to taste Black Pepper (Freshly cracked)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (For grilling the chicken)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper in a medium bowl. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, chop the romaine lettuce and set it aside. Grate the Parmesan cheese and have your Caesar dressing ready.
  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the pan and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  5. To assemble, take a tortilla and spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over it. Layer with chopped romaine, sliced chicken, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom upwards. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas. Optionally, toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Pair with fresh fruit or chips for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
