Description
A fun twist on traditional lasagna with tender noodles, creamy chicken, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 12 pieces Lasagna Noodles (Cooked al dente)
 - 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Shredded)
 - 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
 - 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 - 2 cups Marinara Sauce
 - ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
 - 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
 - ¼ cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
 - To taste Salt
 - To taste Pepper
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean towel.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 - Take one lasagna noodle, place a generous amount of filling at one end, and roll it tightly. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
 - Pour half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange the roll-ups snugly and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
 - Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
 - Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
 - Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for an easy shortcut. You can also add spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
