Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation. Experiment with different cheese blends for variety.
