Description

A comforting and creamy casserole featuring tender chicken, melty cheese, and flavorful sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation. Experiment with different cheese blends for variety.
