Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, consider adding sour cream or another block of cream cheese. Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a quick prep.
