Description

A warm and comforting Chicken Spaghetti Casserole that’s creamy and packed with flavor, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in the cooked spaghetti until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, consider adding sour cream or another block of cream cheese. Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a quick prep.
