Description
Quick and cozy cinnamon crisps made with puff pastry, baking to golden perfection in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (9×12 inches, thawed if frozen)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly brush the puff pastry with melted butter.
- Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pastry.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch strips or diamonds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes on the sheet to crisp up, then transfer to a rack.
Notes
For a fancier presentation, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the crisps and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
