Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups béchamel sauce
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and let it brown.
  3. Incorporate crushed tomatoes and seasonings, then let the sauce simmer.
  4. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente.
